Elena Maria Mallmann Data defesa 23 de novembro de 2022 Resumo Os Recursos Educacionais Abertos (REA) integram o movimento da Educação Aberta, cujos princípios visam à democratização. REA tem como objetivo abrir caminhos para uma educação acessível para todos ao incentivar a criação, o acesso aberto ao conhecimento e a criatividade do remix. Assim, fomenta a cultura de partilha entre os professores e a integração das tecnologias educacionais em rede na mediação pedagógica e demanda, de forma indissociável, o desenvolvimento de políticas públicas. Nesse cenário, esta pesquisa investiga “Como a integração de REA pode fomentar a Inovação Educacional Disruptiva na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT)?”. Como metodologia, desenvolveu se pesquisa de natureza quanti qualitativa, do tipo pesquisa ação, guiada pelas etapas de (re) planejamento, ação, observação e reflexão. Os postulados teóricos são a educação dialógico problematizadora freireana e os fundamentos da Inovação Disruptiva e da Fluência Tecnológico Pedagógica (FTP). Como percurso metodológico, utilizou se a Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2016) apoiada nas três matrizes cartográficas: Matriz Dialógico Problematizadora (MDP), Matriz Temático Organizadora (MTO) e Matriz Temático Analítica (MTA) (MALLMANN, 2015) e no software de análise qualitativa WebQDA. Dessa forma, conclui se que os princípios basilares dos REA e a prerrogativa dos 5R (reter, reusar, revisar, remixar e redistribuir) criam rupturas de ordem prática, ética, social, política e emancipatória nos atores educacionais. Colaboram, portanto, com a autoria e coautoria na medida em que ocorre o aprimoramento da FTP potencializando, dessa forma, a Inovação Educacional Disruptiva (IED) na EPT.
